Kelley M. Bentley focuses her practice on elder law, estate planning, trust administration, probate, and guardianship. Kelley is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, in addition to being a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.

She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and has served as an officer and board member of the NAELA Texas Chapter.  Kelley also serves on the Houston Bar Association Probate and Estate Planning Council, as well as the Texana Human Rights Committee.  

Kelley frequently speaks to professional organizations, as well as community groups, on elder law, estate planning and probate issues. She seeks to educate and assist individuals on options for financing long-term care, as well as on estate planning techniques to mitigate tax liability.

Kelley is a native Houstonian and has been married for nearly 25 years to Karim and together they have three children: Ian (a semi-professional soccer player in Germany), Sophia (a Girl Scout and soccer player) and Charlotte (a Girl Scout and equestrian).  Kelley is a proud Girl Scout troop leader for both of her daughters and is often seen at soccer fields or the barn cheering on her kids.
