Joy M. Eckelkamp, Partner
Joy M. Eckelkamp’s practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, special needs planning, guardianship, probate, trust administration, and fiduciary representation. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) with the National Elder Law Foundation and has been recognized with the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer-Reviewed rating for excellence in legal practice.

Kelley M. Bentley, Partner
Kelley M. Bentley focuses her practice on elder law, estate planning, trust administration, probate, and guardianship. Kelley is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, in addition to being a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.

Angela Wiegenstein, Paralegal
Angie is a dedicated Probate and Guardianship Paralegal with extensive experience navigating the complexities of estate administration and guardianship matters. With a keen eye for detail and a compassionate approach, Angie has supported countless clients through the probate and guardianship process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while providing essential support during often difficult times.
Having grown up as an Army brat, Angie has a unique perspective on resilience and adaptability, which translates well into the legal field. With expertise in drafting legal documents, filing probate and guardianship pleadings, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and helping families through complex legal challenges.
Outside of work, Angie is a proud wife and mother of five daughters. She has a passion for travelling, loves exploring new places and cherishes quality time spent with family. Whether at home or abroad, Angie continues to balance a thriving career with the joys of family life and personal growth.

Victoria Salazar, Firm Administrator
Victoria Salazar is a proud Houston native who earned her associate's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Houston Community College in 2020 and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2022. With over five years of administrative experience, she’s known for being the calm in the chaos—organized, dependable, and always ready to lend a hand. Her background in psychology gives her a unique edge when it comes to understanding people and creating smooth, supportive workflows for any team.
Outside the office, you’ll usually find Victoria curled up with a good book or chasing her energetic pup around the park.
